Spinach Stromboli

Spinach Stromboli

1 roll pizza dough
1 Tbsp olive oil
10oz package frozen spinach, thawed, drained
2 tsp Italian seasoning (basil, oregano, parsley)
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400*F. On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough into large rectangle.
  2. Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs. Coat with spinach, then cheeses.
  3. Tri-fold dough lengthwise (fold left side over halfway then right side over top of it)
  4. Place Stromboli on an un-greased cookie sheet. Cut a few slits in top of stromboli. (optional: brush top with egg white and sprinkle with parmesan cheese) Bake at 400* for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Slice and serve.
