Taco Dip

Ingredients
8oz. cream cheese, softened
12oz. cottage cheese
one package taco seasoning
1 can black beans, drained, rinsed
1 8oz. bag shredded Mexican blend cheese
shredded lettuce
1 diced onion
1 diced tomato
sour cream
tortilla chips.

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, cottage cheese and taco seasoning. Let sit in a refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Spread mixture on large serving platter.
  3. Layer on top of this cheese, beans, lettuce, onion and tomato
  4. Dollop sour cream on top and serve with Tortilla chips as dippers.
