Beef Stew

1 ½ to 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/8 cup flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 ½ cups beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic minced
1 bay leaf
1 tsp paprika
2 carrots sliced
2 medium potatoes diced
1 onion chopped
1 stalk celery chopped

1. Place beef in slow cooker. Mix together the flour, salt, and pepper and pour over meat, stirring to coat each piece of meat with flour.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.
3. Cover; cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high 4-6 hours.
4. Remove bay leaf, stir thoroughly before serving.
