Meat Stromboli

Ingredients
Dough for 1 pizza crust
1 lb of cooked ground beef, sausage, or pepperoni
2 cups shredded mozzarella or other cheese

Directions
1.Lightly flour kitchen counter, roll out pizza dough into large rectangle.
2. Cover dough with ground meat, then cheese (and anything else you’d like to add)
3. Tri-fold the dough lengthwise (Fold left side in half-way then fold right side over top of it. The dough cooks more evenly this way than rolling it.)
4. Place on un-greased cookie sheet, fold side down.
5. Cut a few slits in top of stromboli, bake at 400* for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
