1 large ripe pear
1 large apple (gala, pink lady, fuji)
2 stalks celery
1/4 cup chopped walnuts, sugared, toasted
1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1. Dice fruit and celery. Drizzle apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
2. Toss ingredients together in a serving bowl. Top with walnuts
3. Serve yogurt on the side as a dressing
