1-2 lbs boneless chicken breast
additional seasoning (garlic, herbs)
canola or vegetable oil.
1. Cut chicken breast into 1 inch cubes, fill frying pan with about an inch of oil. Heat to med/high.
2. Dip cubes in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs (add extra seasoning to the bread crumbs.)
3. Cook chicken in frying pan for several minutes, flipping once*
4. Remove chicken with slotted metal spoon or spatula, place onto paper toweled plate
*alternatively you can just bake the nuggets at 350* for 20 minutes.
