Scalloped Pineapple

Ingredients
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup margarine, melted
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 qt (5-6 slices) french bread cubed

Directions

1. Beat eggs and sugar until creamy.
2. Add bread cubes, melted butter, and undrained pineapple. Mix well, pour into baking dish.
3. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
