3 large very ripe bananas
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 325* Lightly butter a muffin pan, or fill with paper liners, set aside.
2. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Add the sugar, egg, and butter; beat until combined.
3. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the banana mixture, blending completely.
4. Stir in the chocolate chips, scrape batter into prepared muffin cups. Bake 15-20 minutes.
