2 handfuls fresh green beans
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 tsp garlic minced
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Steam green beans for 3 minutes, or until bright green and slightly tender
- In large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat
- Add green beans and onions to skillet and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and lower heat to medium-low. Sauté for 6-8 minutes, using lid if necessary, or until beans are tender and onions are caramelized.
- Splash in balsamic vinegar, sauté 1 minute, serve.
