Sautéed Green Beans


2 handfuls fresh green beans
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 tsp garlic minced
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar


  1. Steam green beans for 3 minutes, or until bright green and slightly tender
  2. In large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat
  3. Add green beans and onions to skillet and sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and lower heat to medium-low. Sauté for 6-8 minutes, using lid if necessary, or until beans are tender and onions are caramelized.
  5. Splash in balsamic vinegar, sauté 1 minute, serve.
