1 12oz jar Mt. Olive jalapeno slices
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
- Drain 3/4* of the liquid out of the jalapenos. Pour all remaining contents into small saucepan.
- Add in sugar and water and bring mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Let cool and return to jar. Serve on Sweet Baby Cheesuses, with a salty cheese or on a pickle plate.
* for more heat, omit water and do not drain any liquid from jar.
