Slow Cooker Spinach and Artichoke Dip


14oz jar artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
10oz fresh spinach leaves, stems removed, chopped
1/3 cup onion, finely diced
2 tsp garlic, minced
8oz cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
red pepper flakes to taste
salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and stir well.
  2. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve with dippers like toasted baguette slices, pita chips, corn chips, carrots and celery.
