Banana Pudding


2 boxes ‘cook and serve’ french vanilla pudding
4 cups milk (no soy or non-dairy)
1 box vaniilla wafers
3-4 large bananas


  1. Prepare pudding according to package directions. Slice bananas into 1/4″ coins.
  2. Preheat oven to 325° F. In a 13×9 cake pan lay down a single layer of wafers, followed by a layer of banana slices, followed by 1/3 of the pudding. Repeat these layers 2 more times.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Top with cool whip or whipped cream and a few banana slices. Dust with wafer crumbs.
